Almost nothing, and we would rather tell you exactly what.

No cookies. Opening this page stores nothing on your device. No advertising pixels, no Facebook or Google tracking, nothing saved in your browser to recognise you later.

One page counter. Cloudflare, who deliver this website, count the visits for us: how many pages were opened, roughly which country from, and how fast the page loaded. It works without cookies and it does not follow you to other websites. We use it to know whether anybody is reading this at all.

The fonts, the photographs, the code: all served from our own domain. Apart from that page counter, opening this page does not announce you to anyone.

This site links out to a few places. Nothing is contacted until you actually tap a link, and once you do, you are on their turf and their privacy terms, not ours.

• Instagram and TikTok, if you come and say hello.
• Google Maps, if you ask it for directions to us.

We do not embed any of them in the page, so none of them see you until you decide to go.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, call, or send an email, we obviously receive what you send: your name, your number or your email address, and whatever is in the message.

We use it to answer you, and to sort out an order or a booking if that is what it is about. We do not sell it, we do not build mailing lists out of it, and we do not hand it to anyone who is not helping us serve you.

Our email runs on Zoho and our messages come through WhatsApp, so those two providers handle the message on the way to us. Payments for online orders are handled by Pesapal, on a separate site: we never see your card details.
